Community Hub Rules:

General Rules:

1. Remain courteous towards other participants and be mindful that the best discussion happens when everyone has an opportunity to contribute.

2. Kindly avoid making disparaging comments about companies, people, and institutions; Let’s keep the conversation positive!

3. TTA events are a part of a public forum. Therefore participants should not share any information of a sensitive nature (including, as examples, confidential student/client details or commercially sensitive information).

Online Rules:

1. All online Community Hub meetings are recorded and part/all of the meeting may be shared with TTA’s Members/across TTA’s socials. If you do not agree to this, please leave the meeting and speak to the host after the event.

2. If you wish to contribute to the discussion, please either use the ‘hands up’ functionality or just physically raise your hand to draw to the host’s attention that you wish to speak.

3. Feel free to keep the mute off if you wish to contribute to discussions. We would like to increase the atmosphere by having real, lively discussions.

4. Use the ‘mute’ function if there is a lot of background noise (e.g. pets, chatter in the background) that could cause distraction to others.

5. We encourage you to use the chat box to communicate with the host and share information, e.g. useful web links.
